We work with you and your event team to conceptualize the design representing your company or gathering best. By taking inspiration photos, logistic details, and the event's overall intention, together, we will create a signature design.
Conceptualize the design
After conceptualizing the design, it's straight to the drawing board to drafting your custom design. You will receive the first draft of your quote, and from there, you'll review and edits that need to be made. We require a 25% deposit at booking with the remaining balance due 30 days before your event. All final changes may be made up to 2 weeks before the event date, with payments being made the same day if any additions are made. Then the fun begins with designing and sourcing all of the product!
Finalize + confirm quote
Installation of your order is by far the best part of the process! This is when it all comes to life. We start working on your event in the days before and love to send sneak peeks along the way. On event day, we will call you before we head to your location so you are confident that we will be there. On site, we set everything up and install the entire order with our team and clean up the mess behind us as well!

We are located in Dallas, Texas but install all round Texas. We are always up to travel for our clients and love a good destination to inspire us. Fly us to where you are located and we can guarantee a stunning complement of floral to your event!
WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
We truly are bummed when it rains on event days, but we do live in Texas where the weather changes frequently! All designs that are created will remain and we will try our best to accommodate your rain plan as well as help come up with a plan to repurpose your floral in the best way possible. For all orders that have an event outdoors, we do require you to have a rain plan before your event to ensure little stress if weather does hit. We will work closely with your coordinator on the day of and before to ensure the best possible decisions are made for you and your guests.
WHAT HAPPENS IN CASE OF BAD WEATHER?
We are so thrilled you want to work with our talented team! To secure our services for your event, we require a 25% non-refundable deposit with a signed contract.
HOW DO I RESERVE FOR OUR EVENT DATE?
We require your final balance to be paid 30 days prior to your event.
WHEN IS THE FINAL BALANCE DUE?
Of course! We understand that your guest count changes and there are many moving parts to your event. All final changes are due 30 days prior to your event at the same time your final balance is due. You can add or adjust on your order, although they must be of equal or greater value as your order deposit.
Can i change my mind after i've booked?
We'd be thrilled to have you visit our HQ! Any chance we can sit down to get to know you, learn more about your brand/event, and dream up designs is time well spent in our opinion. Our studio is located in the Dallas Design District and we encourage you to book a consultation with us. Not local? No problem, we are always up for a zoom!
