We work with you and your event team to conceptualize the design representing your personalities and unique love story best. By taking inspiration photos, logistic details, and your overall intention, our team will conceptualize your design through a custom design deck and renderings. You'll then be invited into our studio to review your personalized design and event proposal.
Conceptualize the design
Upon receiving your quote, we'll review and make any adjustments. To secure Render as your wedding florist, a 50% deposit at is required upon booking with the remaining balances are due 14 days prior to your wedding day. It's important to us that you feel confident going into your wedding week, so we include a mock up design meeting, typically 45-30 days prior to your wedding, to assure peace of mind and give you a little glimpse at your approaching special day!
Finalize + confirm quote
A few days before your wedding day, our team will receive all of the hand-picked blooms and begin the preparation and processing phase. From there, our skilled team of designers will bring the designs to life. Every bloom is placed with intention to ensure everything is perfect for your wedding. On your special day, we will work alongside your coordinator and event team to place all your design elements exactly as intended. Once the celebration has commenced, we will efficiently take away all of the vessels and blooms to leave a “better than we found it” venue at the end of the night. You may recieve some sneak peeks!

Connection is at the root of everything we do at Render. And as a Render couple, you will be warmly welcomed into our community. You can expect to hear from our team a week or so after your gathering to ensure everything was exactly how you envisioned.

What makes render events different?
We are located in Dallas, Texas but install all round Texas. We are always up to travel for our clients and love a good destination to inspire us. Fly us to where you are located and we can guarantee a stunning complement of floral to your event!
WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
We truly are bummed when it rains on event days, but we do live in Texas where the weather changes frequently! All designs that are created will remain and we will try our best to accommodate your rain plan as well as help come up with a plan to repurpose your floral in the best way possible. For all orders that have an event outdoors, we do require you to have a rain plan before your event to ensure little stress if weather does hit. We will work closely with your coordinator on the day of and before to ensure the best possible decisions are made for you and your guests.
WHAT HAPPENS IN CASE OF BAD WEATHER?
We are so thrilled you want to work with our talented team! To secure our services for your event, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit with a signed contract.
HOW DO I RESERVE FOR OUR EVENT DATE?
We require your final balance to be paid 30 days prior to your event.
WHEN IS THE FINAL BALANCE DUE?
Of course! We understand that your guest count changes and there are many moving parts to your event. All final changes are due 30 days prior to your event at the same time your final balance is due. You can add or adjust on your order, although they must be of equal or greater value as your order deposit.
Can i change my mind after i've booked?
We'd be thrilled to have you visit our HQ! Any chance we can sit down to get to know you, learn more about your story, and dream up designs is time well spent in our opinion. Our studio is located in the Dallas Design District and we encourage you to book a consultation with us. Not local? No problem, we are always up for a zoom!
