Process

We are dedicated to creating unique and customized event experiences for every client we work with. Our expert team leverages our custom ability through brand colors and vinyl to ensure a precise and high-quality outcome for your event. We will take your inspiration photos and conceptualize your design through a custom design and complete it with an itemized quote. You'll then be invited into our studio to review your personalized design and event proposal. Not able to meet in person? We're always happy to hop on a call.

Upon receiving your quote, we'll review and make any adjustments. To secure the Render for your project, a 50% deposit is required upon booking with the remaining balances due 14 days prior to your event start date. Then the fun begins with designing and sourcing all of the product!

Installation of your order is by far the best part of the process! This is when it all comes to life. Our team will complete the final preparations for your custom order. On event day, we will call you before we head to your location so you are confident that we will be there. On-site, we install the entire order with our team and clean up the mess behind us as well!

Our process is marked by intention and we pay special attention to our clients and the details that make up their story. We intentionally get to know our clients so we can design with them in mind. We desire to tell a story through each piece and our signature installations are thought out precisely to create moments of impact.

What makes render events different?

We are located in Dallas, Texas but install all round Texas. We are always up to travel for our clients and love a good destination to inspire us. Fly us to where you are located and we can guarantee a stunning complement of floral to your event! 

WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED? 

We truly are bummed when it rains on event days, but we do live in Texas where the weather changes frequently! All designs that are created will remain and we will try our best to accommodate your rain plan as well as help come up with a plan to repurpose your floral in the best way possible. For all orders that have an event outdoors, we do require you to have a rain plan before your event to ensure little stress if weather does hit. We will work closely with your coordinator on the day of and before to ensure the best possible decisions are made for you and your guests.

WHAT HAPPENS IN CASE OF BAD WEATHER?

We are so thrilled you want to work with our talented team! To secure our services for your event, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit with a signed contract.

HOW DO I RESERVE FOR OUR EVENT DATE?

We require your final balance to be paid 14 days prior to your event. 

WHEN IS THE FINAL BALANCE DUE?

Of course! We understand that your guest count changes and there are many moving parts to your event. All final changes may be made up to 2 weeks before the event date, with payments being made the same day if any additions are made.You can add or adjust on your order, although they must be of equal or greater value as your order deposit. 

Can i change my mind after i've booked?

We'd be thrilled to have you visit our HQ! Any chance we can sit down to get to know you, learn more about your story, and dream up designs is time well spent in our opinion. Our studio is located in the Dallas Design District  and we encourage you to book a consultation with us. Not local? No problem, we are always up for a zoom!
