Taking the details of your branding, logo, and inspiration for the feel of your event, we conceptualize incredible installations, arrangements, and floral details that set your event apart. Our creative installations pair best with Brand Activations, Corporate Conferences, and Social Gatherings. 





We work with you and your event team to conceptualize the design representing your brand or gathering best. By taking inspiration photos, logistic details, and the event's overall intention, together, we will conceptualize a design through custom renderings and itemized quote. You'll then be invited into our studio to review your personalized design and event proposal. Not able to meet in person? We're always happy to hop on a call.

Upon receiving your quote, we'll review and make any adjustments. To secure the Render for your project, a 50% deposit at is required upon booking with the remaining balances are due 14 days prior to your event start date.  Then the fun begins with designing and sourcing all of the product!

Installation of your order is by far the best part of the process! This is when it all comes to life. We start working on your event a few days before to ensure every piece is placed with intention. On event day, we will call you before we head to your location so you are confident that we will be there. On site, we set everything up and install the entire order with our team and clean up the mess behind us as well!

What makes render events different?

We are located in Dallas, Texas but install all round Texas. We are always up to travel for our clients and love a good destination to inspire us. Fly us to where you are located and we can guarantee a stunning complement of floral to your event! 


We truly are bummed when it rains on event days, but we do live in Texas where the weather changes frequently! All designs that are created will remain and we will try our best to accommodate your rain plan as well as help come up with a plan to repurpose your floral in the best way possible. For all orders that have an event outdoors, we do require you to have a rain plan before your event to ensure little stress if weather does hit. We will work closely with your coordinator on the day of and before to ensure the best possible decisions are made for you and your guests.


We are so thrilled you want to work with our talented team! To secure our services for your event, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit with a signed contract.


We require your final balance to be paid 14 days prior to your event. 


Of course! We understand that your guest count changes and there are many moving parts to your event. All final changes may be made up to 2 weeks before the event date, with payments being made the same day if any additions are made.You can add or adjust on your order, although they must be of equal or greater value as your order deposit.

Any chance we can sit down to get to know you, learn more about your story, and dream up designs is time well spent in our opinion. Our studio is located in the Dallas Design District  and we encourage you to book a consultation with us.
