Examples of this are pennant flags out of footballs with your logo on it for a tailgate team event (hello football season!) or even putting your logo on the vessel we are designing in! to work with us
We work with you and your event team to conceptualize the design representing your brand or gathering best. By taking inspiration photos, logistics details, and the event's overall intention, together, we will conceptualize a design through custom renderings and itemized quotes. You'll then be invited into our studio to review your personalized design and event proposal. Not able to meet in person? We're always happy to hop on a call.

Upon receiving your quote, we'll review and make any adjustments. To secure the Render for your project, a 50% deposit at booking is required with the remaining balances due 14 days prior to your event start date. Then the fun begins with designing and sourcing all of the product!

Installation of your order is by far the best part of the process! This is when it all comes to life. On event day, your day of contact can expect a call from our install lead when they are headed your way. They will arrive with all the details needed to ensure your rentals are set to perfection! Then don't worry if we're coming back or not, we show up to take it all away leaving your venue in better condition than we found it. If you are going to grab your goods for will-call, our team will help you load and unload so you don't have to even get out of your car!

CELEBRATE
Connection is at the root of everything we do at Render. And as a Render client, you will be warmly welcomed into our community. You can expect to hear from our team a week or so after your gathering to ensure everything was exactly how you envisioned.
We obsess about the details so you don't have to. As your event nears, our Operations Team will touch base to finalize the installation and retrieval timeframes, plan out where all of your goods will go, answer any questions you may have, and cover additional information with you!
