Picture this… you’re on the sales team here at Render. It’s a normal Wednesday and you’re working on design decks and quotes for a couple of clients when a new event inquiry email comes through. At first, you don’t overthink it but as you begin reading the email there’s more to it than you realized. The client is reaching out for an event in downtown Austin for an event date that is two weeks away. I know what you’re thinking… Austin, Texas? We’re in Dallas, Texas! There must be other rental companies that they could have reached out to. Additionally, two weeks until the event starts? While that sounds like a tight turnaround, our team has become very skilled in planning very last-minute events. We have even done events for the day that the planner or coordinator reached out to! It’s not our preference but we’re happy to accomplish any project our clients throw our way.

Once you get through the email, there’s one more thing that stood out the most… this event host is Google. Pretty cool. Our Sales lead spent the rest of her work day working on three different quotes for their event and the one they chose turned out better than we could have expected. The Event

This type of event was a first for our team and we had so much fun!

Last week, Austin hosted DCentral’s Web3 Summer Consensus Week. In addition to this week’s festivities, Google decided to host several NFT Galleries for the conference attendees and we worked with a team of there’s on the design!

Google has four main colors, red, blue, green, and yellow. For this NFT gallery, we forced primarily on green and white– which was easy because we have so much inventory to fit that color scheme. View some of the event images below.

This event had so many different vendors that came together to make it happen and we were honored to be a part of the final outcome. Finding new and innovative ways to meet our client’s needs with our products is something we strive for.

Client Customization

When we received the initial request from Google, we were obviously excited but more so intrigued. We didn’t know why they chose us, we’ve never hosted an NTF gallery of any sort, and we are not local to Austin. However, after we finished the event (with just two weeks to plan) we are more sure than ever that we can accomplish anything when it comes to meeting our client’s needs.

We’re not scared of custom orders or designs. We’re not worried about working types of events that we haven’t before. We are also happy to travel to meet our clients wherever they’re at or are looking to host their event.
