Summits of all kinds are important to the success of educating your audience. We had the opportunity to work with Steve with Sinclair & Moore for his floral design workshop in Dallas, Texas. If you have not worked with Steve before, he is truly a gem to engage with and equally an excellent designer. Steve taught a floral design workshop in Seattle in 2019 that Cam on our team attended which hugely impacts how our floral is designed in our own company still to this day.
Part of what goes into the many details of planning a summit or conference or event that brings your audience together to learn from you is the environment that surrounds the space you invite them into. Through floral and decor, you can create a space that is inviting, inspiring, and gives your attendees an experience they walk away with remembers for a lifetime. With Steve’s workshop it was important that the design aesthetic went with the venue and look he was preparing for the content of the workshop. He also wanted different spaces that felt inviting for the attendees to learn from. We used different mediums to learn from including a long table with comfy chairs, lounge area to get comfy from, and standing at work tables to design from as well.
