The Beach Club at Bimini Pop-Up

The Virgin Hotel in Dallas hosted a beach club pop-up on July 24th, and we got to provide the DFW furniture rentals for the event! Virgin Voyages took over The Pool Club and created a fully immersive pop-up experience for all guests to relax, unwind, and escape to The Beach Club at Bimini by Virgin Voyages.

 

 

The event was the planned by A&M Agency, who created an amazing and thoughtful experience for the guests!  A&M Agency helps companies foster deeper, more authentic connections between people and brands.

 

The design for the event was inspired by the Bimini beaches in the Bahamas. We were able to work with the Virgin’s amazing rooftop pool and design a space that felt like it was straight out of a resort.  See below for some photos of our DFW furniture rentals.

 

 

First, one of our favorite areas of the whole event was this lounge by the pool. Our Mod Cubes paired with a Jute Rug, neutral accent pillows, and plants was the beach vibe the space needed.  A&M created this amazing basket wall which tied the whole space together!

 

 

Our two Ophelia bars together created an extra-large bar for guests.  Their neon “Save Water Drink Champagne” sign made the perfect addition to the bars! By the hot tub, we paired our Mod Cubes and Hoxton Chairs to give an area where guests could relax with a drink.

 

 

Next, the we created some beautiful dried floral arrangements that were placed around the event space and on our Half-Round Backdrops!

 

 

Lastly, our Carved Wood Panel backdrop made for the perfect photo moment! We paired it with our plants to give the space a tropical feel.
