Sometimes we find ourselves living in a sea of soft blush hues and watercolor tones, so working on a fresh, color-filled, tropical inspired styled shoot was a dream come true.  Starting with a bright white canvas, inside one of Texas’ favorite venues The White Sparrow Barn, was a perfect surface to showcase the beautiful, tropical florals and greenery designed by Dianne and Justine of Fleurs de France. No detail was forgotten from the florals that adorned the cakes to the miniature gold pineapples at each place setting.

Gray Door Photography captured all of designer Katie Frost Weddings‘ bold tropical vision. From the contrast of the white walls and wood grain tables and chairs to the colorful hand-lettered stationery pieces, hand-painted cakes and leaves of palm, everything was beyond eye-catching.

This new approach to a barn wedding venue was a festive, breath of fresh air that took a team of talent to pull off!
