June 2022 was a significant month for our team for several reasons. First, the official start of summer is in June! We hope you already had an awesome vacation on the books or started planning a getaway once June started. Sweet escapes to cooler or hotter places are meant to happen during summer break. Second, June marks the end of the first half of the year. Wow. I don’t know about the rest of y’all but we can’t believe it! So much has already happened and there is so much more to look forward to. Third, we celebrated 10 years of Render in June! Getting to celebrate this sweet accomplishment with our community and friends was a night we won’t forget!

We wouldn’t have made it to this point without the countless partners, team members, and supporters over the years and our Render Luau wouldn’t have happened either! Check out the images below to see how our community showed up and showed out for this incredible event!

The Entrance

Upon arrival at On the Levee, luau attendees were welcomed in under a colorful balloon arch accompanied by an Aloha backdrop. Once inside, our champagne wall was surrounded by live tropical plants and styled with coconut cups for attendees to start sipping to cool down. As we all know, summer in Texas is pretty warm!

Our go-to plant rental, Casler Foliage, did not disappoint with their selection of tropical greens for us to utilize throughout the event either!

The Social Side

Here at Render, we specialize in three categories of events: social gatherings, weddings, and corporate events. We decided to display different beach or vacation-friendly rentals at the luau that aligned with the different event categories. Starting with social, we paired our rounded backdrop, modern wooden arch, and carnation strings to showcase the social lounge.

The Wedding Scene

Looking for a beach-friendly lounge or gorgeous backdrop to set up in the sand? These wedding styles were created with our island brides in mind! The smooth acrylic and textured backdrop balance each other so well while your candles and tropical plants are able to stand out in this ceremony display.

As for seating during your reception or cocktail hour, our modern highboys and acrylic stools are great for mingling and our Hampton sofas paired with the modern wood tables allow plenty of room for relaxation on the beach while socializing.

The Corporate Set Up

These ivory floor pillows are one of the comfiest pieces in our inventory. Perfect for lounging by the pool, backyard barbeques, or your company’s outdoor gathering, this seating style welcomes any person to hang out and experience maximum comfort. Styled with some Render pillows and more of Casler Foliage’s plants, this style definitely aligns with a beach vacation.

The Hawaiian Cuisine

Vestal’s Catering is hands-down one of our absolute favorites! This team executes each project with perfection and their food is soooo yummy. Anytime we are at an event with Vestal’s catering, we know that people aren’t going to be able to stop snacking! That and their amazing team are two of the many reasons we requested their assistance for this 10-year celebration.

In the images above, our team partnered with catering to provide some delicious Hawaiian cuisine options for a Luau and displayed the plates and offerings on our bars. Our Ophelia bar was used for the poke bowl set-up. Our Wilde bar was used for the acai bowl station. Lastly, our white mod bars were coupled with our white display shelves as the bar for the event.

Amazing Partners!

We had a number of other vendors participate in our Render Luau. Brite Beauty joined our evening of vibes to glitterfy attendees. NightOwl Coffee created the most delicious iced and hot lattes. LeForce Entertainment set up our custom surfboard backdrop with their photo booth so attendees could have their photo moment!

Our Team

Celebrating 10 years of a successful business that is still growing and learning is one thing, but celebrating this accomplishment with a team who wants to see where the company can be in 10 more years is even greater. We are so thankful for each person in our office, warehouse, freelancer, or crew who helped make this project possible, and who help make every project we do at Render one to remember.
