Do you know what makes a great virtual conference? Great set design! We’ve got all the furniture & decor rentals that will take your virtual conference to the next level.
We loved being a part of “Seasons of a Woman’s Life,” a bible study by Chrystal Hurst & Priscilla Shirer. See the trailer below!
The reason set design is so important is because it gives the viewers a deeper feeling and understanding of what you are about to educate them on. For example, “Seasons of a Woman’s Life” wanted to have 4 different sets that correlated with the seasons. They wanted each set to have its own feel so that when the viewers listened, they would be captivated by the message and the feeling they get while watching.
We collaborated with the team on their vision and created the design for each season, thinking of every little detail from floral arrangements to cozy blankets. When designing this set, we asked ourselves, “What do I think of when I think of Spring?” or “What do I think of when I think of Autumn?” This really helped our team set the tone for each set.
Some may ask, “Will thoughtful set design increase my conference sales?“
We say YES! If the videos are pre-recorded, having a thoughtful set design means that you can also create amazing trailers and marketing materials for the event. If it’s a live event, the quality of your set will increase the quality of your conference, meaning you could charge more per ticket sale.
The moral of the story is that quality set design combined with quality education will leave the attendees feeling refreshed, inspired, and ready to come back again next year!
