Tara talks specifically about planning out your next day the night before (or really anytime the day before). Why? Well, if you do it on the morning or day of, you are likely going to just get into your day with no plan of what you’re doing. Then it just keeps going and you end your day not doing nearly everything you may have planned on. If you schedule out some time the day before, it gives you the opportunity to think clearly about what it is you need to get done and want to get done.
